1. Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and jomjudi ("Platform", "us"). These terms take effect as soon as you visit, register or use any part of the jomjudi platform, including the website, mobile application or any related services.

You acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the full contents of these terms. Should there be any conflict between a translated version and the original version, the original version shall apply.

jomjudi operates under international licensing and complies with the guidelines set by the relevant regulatory bodies. This platform is provided solely for entertainment and online gambling purposes for users who meet the eligibility requirements.

2. User Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use jomjudi services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be located in any jurisdiction that absolutely prohibits online gambling.
• Have not previously been suspended or banned from the jomjudi platform.
• Provide accurate, complete and current personal information during registration.

Each user is only permitted to hold one account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances. jomjudi reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a national identity card (MyKad) or passport at any time for compliance purposes.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your username and account password. Do not share your login details with any other party. jomjudi will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

jomjudi accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the payment methods supported on the platform. All transactions are subject to the minimum limits and verification procedures set out.

Payment methods accepted by jomjudi:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet — a popular local e-wallet in Malaysia.
• DuitNow — instant transfers between banks using a mobile number or identity card number.
• Online banking (FPX) — supports most major banks in Malaysia as an example payment channel.
• ShopeePay — a digital e-wallet integrated within the Shopee ecosystem.
• Cryptocurrency — USDT, BTC and ETH are accepted for deposits and withdrawals.

All deposits must be made from an account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Transactions from third parties will not be accepted and may result in your account being suspended while verification is carried out. jomjudi does not charge processing fees on deposits, however payment providers may impose their own charges beyond our control.

For withdrawal purposes, jomjudi reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any payment. This is a standard security measure to protect your account from unauthorised access or transactions.

4. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

jomjudi offers various types of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fully met before any winnings from bonuses can be withdrawn.

Example calculation of the applicable bonus wagering requirement:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Account balance RM300 → Wagering requirement: RM200 × 15 = RM3,000
• Deposit RM1,000 → Bonus RM888 → Account balance RM1,888 → Wagering requirement: RM888 × 15 = RM13,320

All bonuses cannot be transferred to other users, converted directly to cash, or used together with other bonuses unless specifically stated in the relevant promotion terms. jomjudi reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Users suspected of abusing the bonus system, exploiting technical loopholes or deliberately engaging in bonus arbitrage will be subject to action including bonus cancellation, account closure and forfeiture of related balances.

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

All jomjudi users are required to conduct themselves in a responsible, honest and respectful manner towards other users and the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Providing false information, impersonating another person or using forged documents.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts or third-party tools to play or exploit the platform.
• Collaborating with other players to manipulate game outcomes (collusion).
• Attempting to hack, breach or disrupt the jomjudi platform's security systems.
• Using the jomjudi platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Distributing offensive, threatening or unlawful content through the platform's communication channels.
• Abusing the chargeback process or dishonestly cancelling transactions.

jomjudi cooperates fully with relevant law enforcement authorities and reserves the right to disclose user information when required by law or court order.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the jomjudi platform including logos, designs, text, graphics, images, software code, databases and user interfaces are the exclusive property of jomjudi or our licensors. This content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, republish or exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from jomjudi. Use of jomjudi's brand name or logo for commercial purposes without authorisation is prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

jomjudi reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any terms stated in this document.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Failure to comply with identity verification requests within the specified period.
• Direction or requirements from regulatory or legal authorities.
• The user's own request to close the account.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, jomjudi reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirements. Any real money balance that has been verified as clear of any breach will be returned via the original payment method within a reasonable period.

8. Liability Limits and Disclaimer

jomjudi provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, errors or service interruptions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, jomjudi is not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential or punitive losses arising from use of the platform.
• Losses resulting from internet connection disruptions or user equipment failure.
• Any financial decisions or gambling choices made by the user themselves.
• Actions of third parties including payment providers that are beyond jomjudi's control.

Users acknowledge that gambling carries real financial risk and that every betting decision is entirely their own personal responsibility. Never bet more than you can afford to lose.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws relevant to the international licensing and regulation under which jomjudi operates. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the jomjudi platform will first be resolved through voluntary discussion.

If voluntary resolution is not reached within a reasonable period, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules set by an arbitration body agreed upon by both parties. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.

Users waive the right to participate in any class action or consolidated proceedings against jomjudi, unless prohibited by applicable law.
